If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be:

• First offense: Content removed, warning issued
• Second offense: Temporary suspension (30 days)
• Third offense: Permanent account termination

6. Seller Responsibility

By uploading any product to Valtara Markets, sellers confirm:

• They own the copyright or have explicit permission to sell the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• They will indemnify Valtara Markets against any copyright claims

7. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers agree to:

• Use purchased products only for personal or licensed use
• Not redistribute, resell, or share downloads
• Not use products in ways that violate third-party rights
