This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between Valtara Markets and sellers who list digital products on our marketplace. By creating a store and uploading products, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate identity and contact information
- You must have the legal right to sell the products you list
2. Store Setup
- Each seller gets one store (additional stores require approval)
- Store name, logo, and description must be appropriate and non-deceptive
- Store URL (slug) must be unique and non-offensive
3. Product Guidelines
You may sell:
- Ebooks, PDFs, and written content
- Design templates (social, print, web)
- Courses (video, audio, mixed)
- Presets, LUTs, and plugins
- Software, scripts, and code
- Graphics, music, and digital art
- Any other legal digital product
You may not sell:
- Pirated or stolen content
- Adult, violent, or illegal material
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Content violating third-party copyrights
- Financial scams or fraudulent products
4. Pricing & Commission
- You set your own prices in INR
- Platform commission: 20% per sale
- You keep 80% of every sale
- Commission is deducted automatically at checkout
5. Payments & Payouts
- Earnings credited to your seller wallet after each sale
- Withdrawals subject to minimum threshold (default ₹100)
- Payouts processed via UPI, bank transfer, or wallet
- You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings
6. Product Review & Approval
- All products are reviewed before going live
- Review typically takes 24–48 hours
- We may reject products that violate our guidelines
- Rejected products can be edited and resubmitted
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your products
- You grant Valtara Markets a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and deliver your products to buyers
- You are responsible for any copyright claims related to your products
8. Refunds
- Buyer refunds are handled per our Refund Policy
- When a refund is issued, the platform commission is also refunded
- Sellers cannot deny legitimate refunds
9. Account Termination
Your account may be terminated for:
- Violating these guidelines
- Repeated customer complaints
- Copyright infringement
- Fraudulent activity
Termination means: products removed, pending earnings may be withheld pending resolution.
10. Taxes
You are solely responsible for:
- Declaring your Valtara Markets income to tax authorities
- Filing applicable GST/TDS returns (if applicable)
- Maintaining proper financial records
